The initial phase of this project focused on a comprehensive renovation of the public spaces within the property. This included updating the kitchen, dining room, living room, and entrance to create a more modern and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen received new cabinetry and countertops, along with updated appliances, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The living room was transformed into a cozy gathering space, featuring milestone fireplace treatment, blackened steel, new flooring, and updated lighting fixtures. Meanwhile, the entrance was revamped to provide a welcoming first impression, seating area, and a place to put away the rain jackets. A year later, our team returned to further enhance the property by constructing a screened porch. This new addition was designed to seamlessly blend with the existing architecture while creating a perfect outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining, allowing residents to enjoy the beauty of nature without the hassle of insects.
